Follow-up Comment #16, bug #43063 (project octave):
So, I believe the setting of divcomplex and hypot was superfluous and have
removed that from the patch. Updated version attached. Compiles and tests
pass with suitesparse 4.3.1 and 4.0.2.
suitesparse 4.4.0 will introduce a cholmod_function.h header with their own
macros for handling this change, but I elected to go with the current macro.
