Follow-up Comment #33:

So to summarize, the bug is that printing plots to a file, using the fltk
toolkit, on a Windows OS, with an Intel video card, produces a figure with no
line drawn. Is that accurate?

FWIW, this works fine using direct rendering on an Intel video card on a Linux
distribution (just so it's clear that this is Windows-specific).
