Those are a bunch of static functions defined in a cpp file. AFAICS they depend mostly on base Qt types (QByteArray, QChar) and other base graphics classes that I would not expect to change much. But we never know. The attached patch is an update of the one from comment #51 that fixes compilation against the current revision and parks Qt code in its own header file with the original license header.
