Follow-up Comment #65, bug #59546 (project octave):

@jwe: I have dvipng installed so in order to mimic the situation where it
would'nt be installed I set OCTAVE_DVIPNG_BINARY="dvipngtst" prior to running
tests, but cannot reproduce the issue in comment #64. After cset af41ebf3d1b3,
this message should only appear (because of bug #44712) when the "latex"
interpreter is actually requested, which should not happen in graphics.cc
tests. Can you run `test graphics.cc verbose` to see in what specific test the
message is shown?  


As for copyright dates, I will fix them:
* base-text-renderer.cc contains mostly code extracted from
ft-text-renderer.cc so those files should share the same copyright dates:
2013-2021
* Others are new files which should only have 2021.
