Follow-up Comment #16, bug #61017 (project octave):
Ok.
It is strange that you couldn't find any trace of an octave-gui.ini file even
after you where using the Octave 5 GUI.
Could you please cd to `%APPDATA%\octave` (in a CMD shell) and show which
files are in that folder (`dir *`)?
