Call me ignorant, but I just asked a question, and told you that
it is not working. This post was made 2 minutes after trying it. If I
ever get thru the theming issue i might dive into the class structure
an eventualy find something. As nearly all widgets show some strange
behaviour it might be a systematic problem. Maybe it is connected to
the next issue:

I've read different threads about object oriented issues in this list.
Maybe we should start with lesson #1 of procedural programming: 
Don't build a system which uses uninitialised variables...
