[paragui-users] PG_FileSelector

Hi all!

I got the PG_FileSelector roughly working! There's still much polishing left, 
but it should be enough for the first tests!

I'm waiting for Keith's review, but after that I would add it to the CVS 
source. Shall I put it in the src/widgets folder or should we add a directory 
with more "high-level" widgets?

Shall I add a new test proggy, or shall I add the PG_FileSelector to another
testcase?
