This version lacks the last passage ("Add your mirror"); currently,
the script uses it to make sure its input is the right file. I'm not
sure if we should leave it in FTP or update the script.

The current script relies on "Add your mirror" to close the last list
with </ul></li>\n</ul>. It can't even add a </p> at the end of "Add your
mirror"! This </p> is in ftp-eol.

The version in staging doesn't need the last section anymore. It makes
sure /prep/FTP is the right file by looking at the first line.
