The autogen.sh output has some warnings, as one of the test programs
has been halfway removed, but otherwise that should be fine.

It also seems you've got the right packages installed. libltdl and
libltdl-dev are there. The only difference to my own system that I can
see is that your versions are a little bit newer. I still have libtool
2.26b and libltdl-dev 2.26b.

Could you provide your config.log file? Maybe that holds some clues as
to why it cannot detect libltdl properly.
