It won't work, anyway.  I once tried elfcoff to compare its output
against my binutils patches, but elfcoff's stabs parser cannot handle
the "complex" datatypes gcc 3.x issues as part of the standard stabs
type information on every source file (regardless of whether complex
data types are actually being used by the application or not), so the
tool aborts.  Thus, you cannot use elfcoff for any code compiled by a
recent version of avr-gcc.
