Yes, Simon is trying to install Bibledit-Gtk through the macports, probably the version that is current.
Thanks for trying to update macports, and for posting the errors.
I am hoping to fix that soon, and then to upload the fixed tarball soon.
Once this has been done, I'll post here again.
