I wonder who will need this function.
o The --ctags2gtags option is not so fast than without the option.
o The --ctags2gtags option cannot support GRTAGS and GSYMS.
o If tag file exists, it is likely that tag command also exists.
o Gtags must understand tags format in addition to ctags -x format.

What is the purpsoe of this function?
