I am now passing all of James Clark's validity tests except for
valid-not-sa-22. I went back to Java and tried the ValidationConsumer with
AElfred2 and it did not pass the test either. I am wondering if it is a
valid document as it claims to be... additionally, I have stuck only to this
suite for now... any recommendations on the next set?
