I have the save and restore of scheme script menu items largely working
- only the keyboard shortcuts on the custom menu items are not restoring
yet. We will really be in business then.
I think we should re-name some of the commands as these will be more
user-facing in future. 
This will break old keymaps, for this reason, and because Scripting
marks such a major upgrade I think we need to shift the major version
number for the next release. 
This will make it release 0.8.0
