Are you about to push this? I have just done more tweaking to the
integration of jack and aubio. I think it may even work now once you
change the #ifdef _HAVE_JACK to whatever it is really called and put in
the midi2Hz function.
There is a buffer between the jack in and denemo, its size (20 samples)
is just a random figure that has never been changed because it worked
first time. It could all be different with midi input.
