64studio is also for 32bit avaible.. bit confusing with the name, I know.
I totally understand and accept your concerns, but I don't know if the majority 
of users are using a audio-dist. or at least a modern-distr. like ubuntu anyway.

I think I will make a poll on the website. Its interesting.

I think ardour.org has a good system. A paypal account would be needed, since 
its the most common and international system. Its no problem to add 
ever-visible section to the website where users can donate money.

I don't know what a wiki has to do with all this.
