To be clearer; one simple fix is to just ignore the scheme and host portion.
But what is correct behavior if, for example, the scheme/host does not match
that which was used in accessing the document? Is this supported/required to
be supported by webdav?
My suggestion right now is to ensure the scheme/host matches, and then ignore
it (barring someone doing something more proper). This shoud work in this
case, and it should hopefully remain safe for any use in the future where it
does *not* match (erroring out with a suitable message).
Provided I can conjure up a webdav account I'll implement such a change, if no
one objects to the above.
