Another user-noticeable effect is to make mouse-autoselect-window apply only
to windows within the selected frame.  ;-)

Agreed.  It doesn't have to be explicit, but should list some ideas of how
it may affect Emacs's behavior.  The most important one is to change the way
Emacs tries to change the selected frame.
