Yes, there are several. I use two of them. There is Mini vMac 
<http://www.gryphel.com/c/minivmac/index.html> which is a quite nice 
Mac Plus running up to System 7.5.5.

Then there is Basilisk II 
<http://www.emaculation.com/doku.php/basilisk_ii> running 7.x and up to 
8.1. Basilisk II has more features but can be tougher to set up and is 
not always 100% stable.

I digged my archives and found this using Basilisk on OSX and System 
8.1:
