Unfortunately no. Chuck Bigelow has had some unpleasant experiences
with people converting his fonts to TrueType and stripping the hinting
in the process, and the license therefore disallows changing the format.
However, he's a very reasonable person, and quite sympathetic to Free
software; I have no doubt he'll allow you to do this sort of
conversion if you can convince him that you're competent to do it
without harming the font's quality.
