I think the Oxford is the only major dictionary still to do so.  Definitely
both the Cambridge and Collins Concise use the 's'.  Oxford really are that
conservative and do take that long to reflect reality!

(I often think that the US still uses -ize because they are a fork of the
language from before the change.  Not sure how accurate that is, though.)

British words?  Hrm, I wonder if it contains Welsh, Gallic(sp!) and Cornish.
