Another test you should add to your set is an SWF at 1 FPS containing
a fast timer (setTimer, setInterval).

My long-term idea was to have movie_root expose a function to tell
the caller how much time later it would be safe to give next
heart-beat. That way movie_root would check presence of Timers
and streaming sounds and video and what not.
