  This test case sets the buffer time to 10ms, which is I guess where
you get the 10ms number. That's around 100 FPS, which seems overly high.
YouTube, being one of the main usages of Gnash, uses an FPS of 32, and
with my hack, streams just fine, and drops the cpu load over 30% for my
quick test this morning.

  So my question to you is why set the buffer to 10 ? Was there some
real world files you found that led to this number as the default ?
YouTube sets the BufferTime to 2000 ms, btw.
