Btw, the 10ms "magic number" value comes from tests performed
by Zou Lunkai about setTimer/setInterval capacity.
You couldn't make AS actions run at faster frequency than 10ms
per run. 

Incidentally, a 10ms period gives you an integer number of samples
at the required 14400Hz, and code pushing samples to sink buffer
are relying on that period in Sound.cpp and NetStream.cpp
