Not in-tree yet; I have it working locally, but it's not quite ready for
prime-time.
There also is the issue of the m4 macros assuming that if we don't have gtkgl,
we don't want gtk/cairo/etc. Which of course isn't always true anymore.
So, it'll be a little while before it all works nicely.
