Have you made progress on this CVS->arch migration?  I would really
love a way to transparently preserve history and annotation
capabilities, at least along a given (CVS) branch.  It would be
perfectly acceptable to me if before the migration date each patch
modified a single file - that's all CVS gives us anyway.
