Re: installing LilyPond on NT from scratch with cygwin 1.1.4

set GUILE_LOAD_PATH=//c/cygwin/usr/share/guile/1.3.4
seems to solve the guile problem. (I'll try to find out
how to put it in the NT system defs so it doesn't have
to be done for each user.)

Now lilypond can't find its share stuff. Running it yields
:/Cygwin/usr/lilypond-1.2.17.jcn1/share/{afm etc.} not found.
(The files are in fact all where they are supposed to be.)
I tried (in bash)
ln -sf / /Cygwin
also (in DOS)
set LILYPONDPREFIX=//C/Cygwin/usr/lilypond-1.2.17.jcn1/share
the only change is that I get
://c/cygwin/... instead of :/cygwin/... in the error message
in both DOS and bash.

BTW, there might be an error in the page
Index of /lilypond/gnu-windows
it refers to
export LILYPONDPREFIX=<your_root>/Cygwin/lilypond-x.y.z/usr/share
The usr and lily... are in the reverse order on my system.
