I see, that's more or less the opposite way of obtaining the same
goal.

This should be much helped by a --decide-connection option and dumping
of the considered variations to an sgf file. This will require some
overhead in the code, but is more than worth it. I'll do this next
(shouldn't take me very long to port over from reading.c and owl.c).
