Why ? Are you actively planning for *my* patients being
referred to you ?  Or me handing out medication lists to
your patients ??

Your patients will never see 1-0-0-0 unless you yourself
actively enter it into GNUmed...

Would it not confuse to see such a line (even as a "general"
hint) where no "x-x-x-x" is used in any of the Regimen cells ?
