Good to hear, I think CIL deserves to be forever forgotten as a remarkably stupid format, it seem's aparent that sometimes they never learn.

That is also my conclusion. The first part talks about phantomatic library
for threading whose specifications are nowhere found in the standard, and
anyway those are runtime libraries, not intermediate representation
callback or similar. I think we have to create our stuff...
