That looks good, except no PPS.
Look at the gpsd debug output:
# gpsd -nND 6 /dev/ttyAMA0 |& fgrep PPS
Should get lines like this:
gpsd:PROG: KPPS:/dev/pps0 assert 1518138392.000000408, sequence: 6041142,
clear 0.000000000, sequence: 0 - using: assert
gpsd:PROG: KPPS:/dev/pps0 Assert cycle: 1518138392000000, duration: 0 @
1518138392.000000408
gpsd:PROG: PPS:/dev/pps0 Assert cycle: 1518138392000000, duration: 0 @

All should work fine. Works for me. Check your version:
