They're outside the screen on a fairly narrow range of points;
since you don't have a mouse (please, do get a working one!),

With a mouse, they move out of there naturally.

Trust me, the other way can also be far less comfortable...
The problem with placing buoys close to the anchors is that there will
be a discontinuity in the location at the point where the buoy is at
its *most* important (when the anchor is near center). That's something
I don't like.

Well, we need to experiment with it.

Also, do try with more than just the two buoys visible - it does get better
with more of them.
