Good point! The price represents global state and this is exactly what
a VM system needs to know. Now, you only need to allocate "money" to the
tasks. A Java-VM needing 128 MB of RAM would need to be very rich, while
ls(1) would belong to the poor folks. Which one is worthy to be allowed
to bid for more resources? ;-) Ahemm...
