Done. I forgot to mention a dependency of mf2pt1, namely t1asm. I
suggest to add this to lilypond's configure script.
BTW, I'm surprised that the configure script of mftrace doesn't check
this...

PS: Han-Wen, have you reported t1asm's problems with `sbw', as
mentioned in mftrace.py?
