No, those are definitely still needed. Well... [Index] and [?] at
least. Basically, all pages with actual information on them will
look like NR 1.1.x does now.
Hmm...
[Contents]: definitely needed, for people (like me) who want to
see the expanded index instead of the left-hand TOC.
[Up]: given the left-hand TOC, we could probably remove this link,
but since it doesn't take up much space, I suggest we leave it
there.
[Top]: again, I don't think it's actually useful, but I'm
reluctant to say that we should remove it.
