AFAIK Carl, Werner and you have this problem, which I had too while
hacking the makefiles to produce the last commit I pushed.

Could you cd into Documentation/, run

make clean

then send me the output of

make -np &> make-db.log

?

In particular, I'm interested by the value of TEXI_FILES_FROM_TELY.
