The "alternative" shown in LP to the Ignatzek is never used from what I've
seen.  For example it names maj7 as #7 and minor 3rd as b3.  This is just
silly and #7 is just plain wrong.  The default chord names in LP are pretty
good actually if you bother to use an exceptions list for all the "add"
whatever's it can sometimes generate.  I'm pretty happy with the names for
the most part, slash chords however are an ad-hoc to begin with, since I use
std notation anyway I can name the whole inversion.  The chord names staff
is just a comping guide for me.
