That would mean tweaking texi2html. That would of course be possible in 
our .init file, but I still think that texi2html does not convert 
@smallexample @table in an ideal way and should be changed.

Yes, that looks much better. I'm still wondering if we need the line
"This document was generated by Patrick McCarty on September 13, 2008 using 
texi2html 1.79."
at all... Also, the language selection should probably go into the footer bar, 
but that requires a change in our postprocess_html.py buildscript...
