Re: Regarding the new Table of Contents in the GUB docs

Yes, I missed the full ToC too. Although if you had
looked up "distances" in the index it would have
directed you to "5.4.3 Distances and measurements".
But this is a fortuitous example.  In spite of the 
excellent work by Ralph to add @cindexes everywhere
the section headings are not in general indexed.
Maybe they should be.  I wonder if they could be
added automatically?  If not, should we go through
and add them manually?
