Okay, no worries.  I am fine as is. 

My fix doesn't address the issue that I just found today, though.  That can only be fixed by deleting the rpm/BUILD/xorg-x11-proto-devel* directory.

Hi Rodney,

Good sleuthing, I think your original patch is probably the way to go.
I probably won't get to it before I'm back from holiday in about a
week's time.
