Pango seems to be fixed!

I have updated pango to last version 1.37.4 [1]. I will create a pull
request for this after rebuilding all packages to make sure I have not
break something.

Your proposal for gtk3 and gtkmm3 compiles well with pango 1.37.4.

You also have changed glib not to show runtime warning in
gtkapplication. I think this change is independent of gtk3 and gtkmm3.
Is it needed?
