You stop searching for sources yourself (CVS 2.00+2 also pauses searches
after a while when it has reached max_sources_per_file sources), but all the
mldonkey peers you "met" in the last 24h (and that were not restarted since
then) remember you and will send you the new sources they find.

As I already said, sources received that way are immediately tried, this is
certainly part of the problem...
