If you take into accout that most mldonkeys run on big machines with
big lines and/or static ips sometimes all upstream is needed for
something more important.  And (as i observed) the credits are used up
much faster (a "nu 60" stops upload for about 40 mins on my
machine...)

BTW: emules run on small dialups only (its a wind*ws app) and they are
not online 24/7 like most mldonkeys....so IMHO a little upload stop
for more important things is ok!
