That revision doesn't build.  The Makefile.am seems wrong.

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `sqlite/alter.c', needed by
`sqlite/lib3rdparty_a-alter.o'.

Can you fix?  I thought 65e32150134737afe57faee6f69ff2e6e9ebcb75 would
be 0.17 (modulo bumping the version number), but it doesn't build
because of this.
