Hello Michael

I have revised the wiki and  'Note for mkoctfile for MSVC-octave 2.9.16' at
http://www.geocities.jp/tmoctwin/.

In the Wiki, 
* Jhandles : Java and OpenGL based graphic backend 
* Msys 1.0.10

are added in the 'Includes'.
