I think Philip genuinely misunderstood, I know I did until you explained
here what you meant by "package prefix". It's unfortunate that TMW and
Java both use the term "package" to refer to what most other languages
denote a "namespace" or "module" (I use the term "namespace" when
talking about +-directories in an Octave context). The confusion is real
and will persist unfortunately.
