Sorry, I found it when I looked this time.
/usr/share/openldap/migration

This will add group and people. then you have to refer to them in phpgw with their full names.

Thanks for the info. I can't find a file with migration in the name
though. Is this group ldap stuff documented somewhere other than the code?
