phpwebhosting and the new VFS do support sharing between users and groups, and
full ACL control. Perhaps it's not yet intuitive enough, you first have to go
one directory up from your home directory (to /home), and then the group
directories are recognized and become available. This should instead be taken
care of with a hook when creating/removing groups, but I haven't gotten to that
yet. Of course contributions in this area are most welcome.
