Couldn't TTS, todos, and parts of infolog really become one app?

They all seems to have huge overlaps in functionality

An todo type system that can link or be linked to (like infolog) other apps,
combined with the ability to assign tasks to users (like both infolog and
TTS), with email notifications (like TTS), and an easy tie into calendar
(needs to be easier than the infolog gui for this) would be a VERY useful app
