What is your estimation of okness? * the FSF thinks that people who find proprietary software acceptable will probably find non-free firmware in audio players acceptable, too * the FSF thinks that businesses are free to implement non-free firmware in audio players * the FSF thinks that some cases of non-free firmware in audio players are ethically neutral * the FSF will endorse non-free firmware in audio players in specific cases * the FSF will endorse non-free firmware in audio players unconditionally * the FSF would drive development of non-free firmware in audio players * the FSF will oppose any firmware in audio players that is not non-free The extreme cases are certainly unlikely, I wrote them down to cover the spectrum completely.
